Bloomy’s Roast Beef is the first diner-style food truck to hit the streets of Minneapolis & St. Paul! We offer wholesome, classic diner fare – from our creamy mashed potatoes & gravy to our crispy, beer cheese topped tator tots. But our specialty is the super tender, super slow cooked Certified Hereford roast beef that has already become the talk of the town.
Just how do we cook our meat? Well, it all starts with the beef. We choose only the best – the best cut, the best quality, and the best local meat provider (we’re proud supporters of our local Hereford beef ranchers!).
Add Bloomy’s blend of delicious seasonings and unique slow cooking method and you find yourself with a generous serving of thinly sliced, perfectly juicy meat that literally melts in your mouth.
